OK I did my sixth shot of test e yesterday and noticed that I have a small knot and significant soreness. I have nolva. And can get adex as soon as tomorrow.
Should I run one or the other or both?

I haven't ran nolva yet...
I wasn't running one because I have never really been gyno prone.

Begin the SERM treatment at a low dose. No need to run Anti-E's and Ai's at the same time. Good luck.

OK. Well I just found out my buddy has some letro on hand that I can use. Any thoughts on that. ?

Not needed. Side effects aren't bad. Use Letro as a last resort.

OK. So start out with nolva only. Correct? Should just run until symptoms subside or run throughout cycle?
What would you suggest as far as a dose to start with?

Depending on the severity I would begin treatment anywhere from 10-20mg. In your case begin @ 20mg ED. See how you react. If symptoms subside, taper down to 10mg ED and stay there until PCT.
