    Is 150mg of deca enough to help tendonitis

    Ok, im looking for the minimum amount of deca i can use with my 500mg of test cycle. I experienced tendon pain in my previous test cycle and now that it has cleared up i dont want it returning in this cycle.

    At the moment im taking 3gs of glucosamin and 6gs of fish oils per day. My elbows are between 95 - 100% better and are not effecting my training! Do you think 150mg is enough? im looking for the absolute minimum amount of deca so i dont experience any sides from it? Im not looking for any muscle gains from it either, im sure the Test & a good diet will be enough!

    I'd say 200 atleast.

    A guy on here said his doc prescribed him deca 250/wk for a shoulder injury

    when i began training after my shoulder recos, i found around 300mg pw was good, i was also running 250mg test e and 6iu hgh 7/7

    Just have to see how you go, though it does take approx 4 weeks to kick in, i started with npp and then moved onto deca .

    yeah i think ill go with 200mg and see how i go from their, if i start getting any pain ill bump it up to 300mg. Just trying to avoid deca dik.

    ive heard as little as 50mg a weeks is enough to "lube the joints". dont quote me but def do more research. seems like 300mg will be give you sides if your prone to them

    IF youre using that much of test then don't worry about the deca being detrimental. Jump up to at least 200-300. Deca gets a bad rap which is not warranted IMO. Dan duchaine loved this drug and one of his famous sayings was 'if you cant get big on deca and dbol then you won't or something along those lines.

    I have never had a problem using deca in multiple cycles and it does do good for those creaky joints.

    I'm using 500 a week. It helps soooooo much. I have tendinitis and bursitis in my left shoulder.
