Ok, im looking for the minimum amount of deca i can use with my 500mg of test cycle. I experienced tendon pain in my previous test cycle and now that it has cleared up i dont want it returning in this cycle.
At the moment im taking 3gs of glucosamin and 6gs of fish oils per day. My elbows are between 95 - 100% better and are not effecting my training! Do you think 150mg is enough? im looking for the absolute minimum amount of deca so i dont experience any sides from it? Im not looking for any muscle gains from it either, im sure the Test & a good diet will be enough!
