    Cool TIme off.

Hey everyone I know most people follow the rule of time on+pct= time off. I was just wondering how many people on here follow that rule. Just wondering because most of my friends pct than wait a few weeks to a month to get back on. What if all your levels returned normal within a month would that be safer? Thanks guys just really wondering

Blood work is the best way to decide. I personally recover extremely fast so "could" get back on cycle within 6-8 weeks of my last injection. Its strange cause I have some friends who, even with a great PCT, take close to 4 or 5 months to get back to almost "normal". Age, cycle duration, cycle compounds all effect a person differently so blood work is the only way to make the educated decision.

What exactly do you look at in your BW? Test levels mostly?

I've broken that rule as I'm sure many of us have. It also depends on how many cycles you have done, how long was it and how quickly you recover. All of these are mitigating factors. It's not an exact science. If you have any doubt then just wait a little longer until you're closer to that magic date.

Thanks I was just wondering. So about 2 to 4 weeks after your PCT your levels are back to normal?

Yes, but this isnt just a guess, it is backed by the proper blood work. I've had people tell me they "just know" when they are back to normal levels. I dont like to take those chances.

Lol I have friends that tell me that also. I just know when my body is back to normal. I am getting blood work done 2 to 3 weeks after my pct. How long should one wait to get blood work done after pct?

Your blood work should look exactly like your BW before the cycle, that will tell you if you have fully recovered and isnt any undue stress within your blood panel

Im lucky in that I have a lot of doctors, med techs and pharmacists as friends so I get constant bloodwork done once a month throughout the cycle, and then 2-3 weeks after PCT.

As I mentioned before, Ive found (with myself) that with proper PCT I "could" go right back into cycling roughly 2-3 weeks after PCT but I still wait out another 2 months minimum, usually 5 from last injection date to start of next cycle.

I was looking at my friends blood work last night and his natural test hasent recoverred to even 70% of what it was a month before his last cycle and its now 4 months since that cycle ended. His estro levels are low, no signs of proges.. cortisol is a bit high but test is still low and he is only 28. Never know whats going to happen.
