    Water Retention!!

    Hi all,
I just wanted to share some info with you about water retention on my current course.

    First of all, my stats.

I've been training since June '2006

    6 foot 7
    27 years old
15 stone 7 pounds one month ago.

For the last one I've been on the following:

The entire course is to run 10 weeks.

    Decca 300
    Sus 250
(1 mg of each every 4 days)

    Anabol 8x5mg every day
    Tamoxifen - 1 a day

This is my first proper course apart from an 8 week course of Anabol I did last year.

I'm 4 weeks into my course at the moment and wait for it.... my weight is 16 stone 7! Wowza, that's a lot of weight to put on in 4 weeks.

I've got a bit more around the belly, and a bit more around the arms etc, but I'm not sure I really notice it.

I just thought I would share that with you as I'm pretty sure that extra weight is pretty much all water as my diet is always <5% total fat.

if you are getting bloated i would add a-dex. Any reason you are running nolva every day and also how many mgs of it a day?

The Tam is 20mg. Taking 4-5 a week to be honest, not every single day. I'm not bloated and feel good. It's just the extra weight, quite a lot to put on in such a short space of time.

for water weight I would use an ai like liquidex or exemestane and save the nolva for your pct.
