    After my first post I realized, with some help, that I had a lot of research to do. So after spending a lot of time looking at different articles and facts rather than studying for finals here's what I've come up with. Please feel free to correct any mistakes you see.

    Trenbolon acetate is very good for building mass and for hardening.

    Masteron propionate is very good to take as an athlete and helps with cutting.

    Equipoise is very good to take to build quality muscle.

    Stats: 245lb, 6'1", 19%BF, 6 years lifting

    So for my first cycle which I plan to start in less than a week I will be taking testosterone propionate, trenbolon acetate, and HCG with nolvadex as the pct. I plan to do a 10 week cycle of this with the dosages as follows: test- 300mg EOD, tren- 100mg ED, HCG- 600mg every 4 days.

    For my second cycle, which I plan to take in-season, I am thinking of taking testosterone propionate, masteron propionate, equipoise, and HCG with nolvadex as pct once again. I plan to do a 12 week cycle of these with the dosages as follows: test- 300mg EOD, mast- 100mg EOD, eq- 400-500mg/week, HCG- 600mg every 4 days.

    Questions:

    For my first cycle I am also going to try to lean out a little, so accompanied with plenty of cardio would a 3000-3500cal/day diet be safe or effective for muscle growth?

    When using HCG is it ok to use in cycle or should it just be used as a pre-pct, also can HCG be taken continuously or does it have to be separated into increments?

    Does my second cycle look as though it would be ok for an athlete to be doing while in competition?

    Once again any and all help would be greatly appreciated, I hope that after having done a bit more research that I look like less of a moron.
    How long of a break should I take in between my two cycles?

    Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I hope that this time by having done more research and being better prepared I have given a better portrayal of the cycles that I plan to do and I hope that I look less like an ignorant moron than I did.

    You are going to use Tren for your first cycle because of all the research you have done?

    OK back to the drawing board for you. Forget everything you have learned since obviously it's wrong or at least it's obvious to anyone who knows anything.

    No read the beginner cycle listed in the sticky at the top. YES this is YOU.... read it again, and again and now understand THIS is where you need to start.

    Hmmm I just bought a new camaro. (100% stock not HP)
    I have read the best mix for going fast is to put 120 octane gas in the tank and a 200hp shot of nitrous...

    I guarantee it will be fast.... for about 1/8th mile before it burns up.

    Now prove to us that your engine is ready even for the high octane gas/test.

    What is you age? 19% body fat is rather high to be thinking of doing a cycle and most people who say 19% mean 23%

    So far all you have done is try to find what will give the best/fastest results. That is NOT the way to think about using AAS.

    First you need to get YOU into the best shape/condition you can naturally. Get your diet perfect for months before, not only during cycle. Then get to a point of after a couple years lifting you feel you are in great shape but just cant really gain any more size and your body fat is down under 15%, you can see abs or at least good veins. You also are OVER 24 years old. Now consider using AAS but start slowly. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.

    Apparently I failed again. But thanks once again for all the advice. And to answer your questions I'm 21, my BF is 19% and was measured in a bodpod so it's accurate, and I do have pretty good veins...working on the abs.

    Where are you doing your "research" at, I assure it is not on this site. First off you are fairly young, you want to use tren on your first cycle, and 19% bf is high. You should actually do some research and you will find out you are setting yourself up for failure. Good luck you will need it.

    You did more research to put this together? Don`t rush things you are young and have a high test level.

    you shouldnt touch anything at your age. use the next four years to research and plan diets
