    Confused..

    Hi guys,
Just had my bloodwork results. Everything seems GTG except doc says level of Uric acid in body is sky high and needs to b control. which can result having gout in joints.. Doc says body way too much protein.. had a talk with the nutritionist, was told to skip nuts soy and red meat..

I have my gears ready n planning to do a 2nd cycle.. I beginning to get confused here. How am i gonna to bulk up if i have to skip the see important diet staples. Would AAS add to more higher Uric Acids to a more dangerous level..

My diet is ok off season i dun take deep fried even in off seasons. i make it a habit to skip deep fried foods and once a while ichuck heavily on seafood. I would usually have my protein on i gram per pound of bodyweight or mayb slightly more.. and yess heavy fibres in da morning..

Do you joints hurt? Have you read up on Gout?
I'm sure I have it. If I do not take anti inflammatory daily I feel like I am 90+
Gout mostly effects men (lower estrogen), save post-menopausal women (also lower estrogen).

Gout does not have to be in the toes or? It can be in any/all joints like I probably have. I should really get checked also but I am not going on a meat free diet lol

Usually i do have some pain in d ankle area. Sprained feeling, after 2-3 days its ok.. But that if i were to do cardio like short burst sprints and playing soccer. Normal days and dieting no problem. No pain in other joints. No gout history among family. Mayb this gout thing is just waiting to happen in me. I do love soy milk tho.
