This is my second cycle (first was 500mg test enth 10 weeks). I dont expect massive gains, I would be happy with 10 lean pounds...I want to harden up and look good for summer. What can I expect?
cycle: T-bol 10mg from gp
weeks 1-3 60mg a day
weeks 4-7 80mg a day
pct - Arimidex weeks 8-12
Diet: 9:00 - 2 scoops whey
1 cup almond milk
2tbs flax oil
1 cup frozen berries
whole wheat toast and pb
12:00- Chicken breast
Baked potato
veggies
3:00- Can tunna
1tbs olive oil
Sweet potato
Veggies
6:00 - Steak
brown rice
Veggies
9:00 - (Post work out)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup berries
1 banana
2 scoops whey
12:00 - 1 scoop casine
1 scoop whey
