Injection Clarification Needed >>>
Hey guys, I'm 2.5 weeks into my low dosed Test E/Tren E cycle (Second IM AAS cycle) and everything's going great! However, this morning's injection was the worst experience thus far.
I've been shooting delts with a 5/8" 25 ga pin, I'm very lean, and pierce my skin very slowly in case I hit a vein, blood vessel etc and usually it slides right in no sweat.
You can feel when the pin starts to hit a vein as it gets very hard to press forward and you can feel a slight pain, not normal with a successful injection.
So I tried to pin... Hit a vein, backed out. Changed pin, swabbed skin, hit ANOTHER vein in a different spot. 8 TIMES IN A ROW!!!
I moved to quads, same thing TWICE!!!
I almost flipped out, probably due to the tren haha, but I eventually got pissed and decided to push through it and go past the vein... Did so, and the plunger would not move at all, very tight.
So I must be IN the vein right?
I backed things out very slowly until I could see the plunger begin to move and finally injected.
Blood dripped out a little post shot, not during aspiration, but I got super dizzy and lightheaded.
My question is, should I just keep pinning until I miss a vein or should I just go through it no matter what?
This sucks.
Thanks.

LOLOLOL that sucks haha
I just pin fast as hell LOL..... doctors pin fast..... so I do too. I really don't think you can feel yourself going through a vein..... they're soft and when you give blood..... you can't feel the needle pierce the vein.

Why are you usung 5/8" needle? Get some 1" for delts, and 1.5" for quads and glutes. I think you're just getting nervous when injecting. And i agree, you can't feel yourself going through a vein, but you can tell scar tissue when you hit it. That might of been the problem.

They work well for me as I'm very lean, I even use 1" for glutes no sweat.
I don't know man... Usually the pin slides in like butter, no resistance at all, but when I hit or nick a vein it stops completely IME.
I am extremely vascular in my delts, but I've only had this problem with my right delt for some reason?
So you think I should just push through it if I DO keep hitting veins? Is the only side effect dizziness and a little blood post injection?
Thanks guys.Last edited by Lean1038; 06-10-2010 at 08:52 AM.

Are you pulling back on the syringe to see if there's any blood? If you do and you see no blood...then your good to go!!! If you get blood on pull back then stop and withdraw needle and pin again
I use 5/8 pins on my shoulders and upper body and 1inch on my glutes also. Works for me...I'm not that big yet lol

Since your using long esters you'll be fine not to use that spot anymore. Hit the other delt along w/quads and glutes and you'll be fine.

oh yea and on pinning slow..no way for me! I pin fast like a dart then pull back and slowly inject! You cannot feel hitting a vein. Almost always there is some blood after you pull out and sometimes never but doesnt mean you hit a vein

Yes, I always aspirate and never see blood because if I hit a vein I usually just bail and change pins/sites.
Okay, I just wanted to switch things up since I used soley glutes last year pinning 2ccs. These shots are only .7ml so I figured I should mix it up.
But going through a vein is okay as long as you end up shooting IM?

you're not hitting a vein, it's most likely scar tissue. Stick, aspirate , if no blood shoot.
The only way to know for sure you hit a vein (im) is to aspirate.
Also Like stated above get 1" pin for shoulders, 5/8 is good for bi's, traps, calves but thats about it.
Stay strong,

Idk, then it's prob just a tough time getting through the muscle fascia, I don't know anyone who can tell if they hit a vein in an IM injection by "feel". like stated above, poke, aspirate , if no blood is present you are good to go and shoot.
Also if you're shooting in the correct area's there shouldn't be many viens, nerves, ect. that's why we use those specific area's to inject.

Sounds like scar tissue for sure mate. Push through, Aspirate (no blood), inject. I had the same experience with dizziness once. Just follow your site injection rules ( rotate sites, aspirate, needle length). You should be fine.

Thanks.
Hmm... I could see tris with only 7ml. I may have to give that a shot until my Masteron starts.
Thanks man!
