how long should one wait to take an AI like aromasin during my cycle, should i take the AI the second week since test e takes awhile to build up? theres no use in taking it the first day since the build up of test isnt high yet

Depends if you know you're gyno or bloat prone you may want to start it straight away. But if it's your first cycle you don't even know if your body requires an ai so you may want to wait till you get any signs of sides then start taking it.

Yeh wait till u see signs of gyno if you do start it straight away ,ppl that know they get gyno on cycle start it the first day
