I was 161lb before I started training and have always been lean, gained those pounds in four years mostly from eating junk.... lol...... started eating properly 5 months ago and gained nealry a stone in two months.... dont train so often now due to shoulder problem.....
Is it worth me doing some kind of AS at some point?... or just keep eating well as I am and train? I cant train heavy on half of the exercises anymore I am going to see someone about my shoulder and hopefully get an MRI scan.
My goal is 252lb
