    Advice for a new guy

    Im a bigger guy, 6'2 250, not sure my exact body fat percentage but its in the 20's. Always lifted weights and been active. Now would it be smart to start a cycle or lose weight first? I ask this because I have a buddy, he was exactly the same stats as me and over the past year hes turned into a monster, hes ran tnt and deca and not sure what else for a stack and hes went from being a bigger stocky chubby kinda guy like me to a real lean giant. I do my weights with him 4 days a week and we do ALOT of cardio. I was wondering what everyone's opinion is on this and if anyone here has started steroids while being a little chubby? Its definitely worked for my buddy, has anyone else here done it this way?
    all help is appreciated, hope its not a stupid question.

    Age?
    Many people recommend stareting at 15%bf or lower to reduce sides that are caused by aas. You can lower your bf naturally through cardio and proper diet.

    best to be below 15%bf for a number of reasons

    he is 25, as am I

    Why is it a good idea to be 15% or lower? He didnt have to many sides except for whats expected, and like I said, he put on muscle and leaned out nicely.

    Well if he did it then it must be fine. You asked you got an answer, sorry it was not what you wanted. Lower bf% helps to keep sides to a minimum.

    all I was wondering is if anyone else here has done it and why would a person not do it. It worked perfect for my buddy but thats just him, was wondering what could go wrong and why a guy wouldnt do it

    well for starters, we generally recommend steroids to get to another level once diet and training can't get you past a plateau. if you are 25%bf, you are WAY off base with diet and/or training.
    additionally, many feel if you cycle at high bf% you are at increased risk for estrogen related sides.

    and another thing, when he was on his tnt/deca/ cant remember the last part of his stack, he burnt off fat like crazy, if you burn off the fat real quick like he did wouldn't that help?

    im not looking for shortcuts, just answers to my questions so I have a better understanding.

    Did you ask your buddy what type of diet he was using, if your diet isnt clean, no matter what drugs you take eventually you will return to a high BF

    Learn to diet first , or you may end up with gyno

    he was on a very good diet he got from a guy named rob off of heavyweights.net, he owns the site and store etc. I also just got a diet from him and I liek it so far. Iv seen the results others have had from his diets, there wicked. My buddy started the diet when he started the gear.

    what us Gyno?

    Reduce your body fat first in order to minimize eventual sides.

    Do you have a pct lined up? If you do not know what gyno is maybe you should do a little more research before you start injecting yourself with aas

    iv never heard the term gyno, but have heard other terms used. Iv ran a cycle of just test and came out fine, I want to switch it up and run a different cycle but want to make sure im doing things right. I think ill lower my BF% first, iv never had issues dieting and I tend to lose fat at a good rate while dieting.

    That article is allot to take in, iv read it a few times now and still cant remeber allot of it lol. So taking Letro or Tamox will prevent gyno, but kill your sex drive?

    I really do appreciate everyones help!
