I try and keep it to a week..... not sure about e5d. What are you rotaing 4 spots?

You could do every 5 days, and you'll be able to do it for a little while. Eventually it's going to get harder and harder to the point where the needle just doesnt wanna go in! I'm at that point now. It sucks!

tren a and prop so injecting everyday. the tren is a killer for pain so im wanting to just use quads for it, im injecting my tren then next day prop and so on because injecting both together was agony!

Depends on the cc you are injecting, what site you are using and then how quicly your body can disperse it.

Ive been doing 2cc (1 of each prop and tren ) EOD and rotating the glutes so same spot E4D and now Im having trouble pushing the pin in like Nooomoto mentioned so I will add delts and quads again.

Personally I would not be able to shoot 3cc in the same spot every 4 days for long, i would need to leave more time to let it fully disperse.

Ahh ok I see....well if that were me id prob be ok with 1 and 2cc's e5d
