    training question???

    wht do you gus think is the correct training method as far as ur sced....if you do chest on monday and than on fri after you feel fully recoverd is that hurting u or helping....some pl...have dif sced...for everything....i try to to keep it to
    mon/chest
    tues/shoulders
    wen/back
    thurs/off
    fri/arms
    sat/legs
    sun/always off
    is keeping a tight work out sced..that important cus pl say u should switch up ur excersize..to keep the best shape but how many can u do for one body part?????....sometimes working all the time its hard to keep my sced...on track...thank you ahead of time???

    man, I must be getting old.

    What the hell does "sced" mean. You used it 5 times, and I still can't figure out from context what it means.

    Working every muscle group once a week is all you need. If you want to try working some smaller groups twice a week go for it. You have to see what works for you and what your body responds to. If you have having trouble remembering just write it down, it's that easy. If you get into the habit of working a lot of muscles twice a week you are risking overtraining and overuse injuries. Even though your muscles recover in a few days your joints, ligaments, and bones need more time. I know you probably want to fast track your gains and hell, working out is a lot of fun, but safety first.
