    Cutting

    Hey guys,

    I'm not even close to a cutting cycle but just wanted to start the research. Just looking for a the place to start in terms of compounds. I can tell you that I would like to run a pretty strong stack however I do wanna keep away from the really hardcore compounds that seem to be the best of bulking cutting but are also full of sides (like trenobolin, i think thats the name) I was looking at anavar , clen and what ever other suggestions are out there. Again just looking to research. If anyone can give some examples of stacks they've run or that others they have known to be run i'd appreciate it. Also sides in terms of irritability, nausia etc... don't bother me to much.

    the compounds them selfs dont cut as such, its your diet that is the MAIN thing that is going to help you achive your goals, seems like you need to do a bit more research before cycling.

    age
    height
    weight
    Bf %
    previous cycles
    and pct knowledge?

    I understand that it is the diet however as I'm sure you know there are compounds that lend themselves to cutting rather than bulking.

    Diet and cardio are the key to cutting and you can more or less cut on any compound out there if you know what your doing, but you should start looking at faster acting compounds or ones what dont hold so much water retention.

    Such as var/winny/prop.. also, do you have any past cycles?
