    Same Butt Cheek

    Hello,

If I inject twice a week, can I stick with the same glute? I have a much easier time pinning my right butt cheek as I more flexible that side and probably because I'm a righty. Any downside to this?

    Thanks.

    Ken

NO, you need more sites. If I can reach my left, so can you. I think you need more then 2 or you will eventually have issues. Try delts or quads.

If you can't reach one of your butt cheeks I think a good stretching routine is in order.

Will only build up scar tissue doing that.... You dont need both arms to stick.... its harder but... manage it somehow.

You have to get used to pinning with your left hand if you're righty and vice-versa if you're a lefty. Keep trying it and before you know it, it'll be like second nature to you.

i think quads are where i'm pinning next. i've read some nightmarish posts about this area i.e. so sore you can't work out, but i think cgb mentioned 2 sites (both butt cheeks) ain't gonna cut it.
