Leg Injection Technique Help

Hey,

I decided to change from butt cheek injections to my leg because it's easier to self-administer. I think the info out there is more complicated than it needs to be. Injection site is just the center of the thigh slightly towards the outer side, right???

Anything else I need to know?

Upper/outer quadrant of your quad is where you want to inject. Don't forget to aspirate.

Not too far up though.. inject in the upper/outer area of the quad with the most muscle.

marcus - it may just be the drawing, but the pic makes it look like you inject REALLY to the side of the thigh...is this correct?

also, what kind of soreness do you experience from quad injections, more or less the same as the glutes?

It varies on the user.... Last time i shot both quads... Swole up like a mofo. Glutes no problem for me.

yo, when i shoot quads i go outer thigh halfway between hip and knee....kinda upper-outside....use a 1" needle...i prefer quick inject...sanitize and spread the skin tighter with your other hand and inject fast or slow whichever....once its in where you want it..pull back the plunger (aspirate) if you see blood, withdraw...if you see air bubbles ur good to go.

inject slowly and when your done apply pressure with a alcohol pad.

I use pretty much the whole quads, upper, lower, inner, outer, top and at the most I get a slight soreness like I bumped it on something.
