    Question Short cycle (4-6weeks) Question

    Been quite some time since ive been on here, but Ive been doing some research. Ive been looking into doing short cycles.

    The idea is that you cycle with short esters for 4-6 week, come off for 6 weeks, then go back on for another 4-6 weeks..... Continuing the cycle again and again... This in turn produces less sides, helps you recover quickly, and you still get some decent gains. Also it try to explain its easier to maintain gains in this fashion.

    I read the article posted here about it.........






    Anyone have any insight to these short continuous cycles???? Experience??? Thoughts???

    Guess an admin took down my link? Well I read up on marcuses post about "burst cycles". pretty good read.


    VM Ive been readin about that too, just cant seem to find any information as to how high you actually need to go

    There are many ways to design a short cycle, ive built some serious muscle doing them and ive tried the various methods and protocols of short cycling and ive got to say this was the best way of cycling for me.

    I really like the short burst methods but its not for everyone, its hard to state an exact dosage you need to run when doing burst cycles because its designed off your previous cycle history and dosages but normally a slightly higher amount is ran but for shorter periods of time.

    You can have short cycles what aren't higher in dose and alot of guys I know like doing the 6 wks circle cycles but again you need to know your own body and how it responds.

    Oh one major thing I forgot to mention: priming is vital with any kind of short cycle, this will create a very anabolic environment for when the cycle starts
