Lol! Thanks! I'm not sure why my shoulders blew up so much. It was the first thing I noticed. Week 4 I could already tell the difference in my shoulders and my strength matched.
I'm still eating over maintenance to make sure I keep as much as possible but it seems I'm still loosing fat. Which is good but I just want to make sure I eat enough.

ive prob gained about 15 pounds so far and dont look anywhere near as ripped as you do .. esp when compared to that 1st photo. That 1st photo looks like youve been lifting for a week or two.
Meh sorry.. just jealous and impressed as.

Ok seriously we all note/ are jealous that this dude has made some fkn made gains.
But, aside from that... does everyone else get such gains? Or many? It took me 10 yrs to get from like 110 to 180 before i started my cycle (several weeks ago) and im at 198 currently.
Im glad you got results I dream of.. but do many/any others get such results from a 1st cycle?
I dont know the dudes full stats, but it seems his diet is in check and he knows how to lift and Im guessing has the right genetics... but honestly if everyone is getting such gains either im doing something wrong.
(like i said in prev posts, gained over 18 pounds so far and AM definitely bigger... people have noticed... but F me.. those are some serious gains)

*bump* just woke up feeling so depressed. Im hating this op so much right now. Thought it was just last night but it was the first thing I thought of when I woke up. Before injecting even.
So yeah... anyone else not quite receiving results as good as OP? Or is my gear bunk?
Someone just say "yeah thats a great effort.. wish i came close"! ... *waits*

You can't compare his gains to yours. Everybody is different from genetics, level beforehand gear, diet, goals etc. He did blow up but don't let that ruin your confidence. Just keep on keepin on

Mood is fine.
Focus is still on point. Getting ready to hit the gym in a few and I pumped.
So far weight is the same and Mon lifts were good with no drop in strenght yet.
I actually seem to still be leaning out a bit. Abs were more define this morning.
Libido went down a hair at the end of the cycle but nothing major. Just not in the mood but can still get it up anytime. I used to want it all the time so definitely not back to norm yet.
Oh and I'm sure you guys can tell this but the first pic I'm not flexing at all so I may appear to be smaller. So when comparing the before and after pics maybe it looks more dramatic? Either way I definitely got some great gains I never would have imagined possible.

I was eating all kinds of meat. Especially natural turkey jerkey. Lots of protien, no fat, no carbs. Also TONS of egg whites and plain chicken breasts. Too much in fact I got sick of them and had to resort to more steak, beef, fish, and pork. Everything I bought was from a whole foods store like trader joes or whole foods. Low sodium, low fat, natural everything. Got expensive but I liked it.
Also I got high protein bread 7g a slice and had natty pb sandwhiches once evey other day maybe more. A good bowl of fat free cottage cheese every night before bed.
I will post a sample of my diet before I fixed it.

Funny thing was I wasn't gaining much weight on this diet. After cutting some of the meat and adding some fat via natty pb, some less lean meats, and more efa's I started growing much faster.

14 days but I was on oral tren for those 14days and I started pct the next day after the oral tren.

Just got back from the gym and I got a new best! Man I was killin it in there today! I felt really good today. I guess cause I got a lot of sleep and didn't do much today so I had lots of energy.
Have not lost any weight. I hope this keeps up.

Got back into the gym after eating like crazy the last 2 days.
Really smashed it. Using your gains as motivation to increase food and also increasing lifting weight even more and felt pretty awesome.
PS while the food can be expensive, Ive found if you buy it in bulk from big butchers and prepare it yourself (remove fat, marinate etc) or cook soups/stews then store in individual zip lock backs its far cheaper and easier and healthy!

Yeah they should be long gone by now. It was just test e and the last pin was 6 weeks ago. I used oral tren for the 3 weeks leading up to pct.

Thanks guys. Well another good day in the gym but something was brought to my attention today. I was working on my friend's Jeep all day in the heat and I got so caught up in it, along with the heat, I forgot to eat. I'm sure most of it is water weight but I lost 3lbs. I am going to make sure that never happens again. Surprisingly it didn't effect me in the gym today. Just scary to think how quick I drop weight if I don't stay on top of my diet.
