Well I'll be honest it was very strict. A little too strict. I couldn't keep it up. I was on a strict diet for 6 months. I got my diet in check before I started my cycle. All I had to do is up my cals on cycle. However after 6 months of eating plain tasting stuff I had to make some changes. I couldn't even give an example of what it is was/is. It's pretty random. I just make sure I get my pro/carbs/fat intake as close as possible.
I can give an example of what is was before I started to fall off. I would prob look a good bit better if I could have just stuck it out to the end of the cycle.![]()

28 I'll be 29 next month. Been training off and on since I was 12 but didn't start growing till I was 21 and began to eat some good food. Then I came here and really learned how to diet.
The few months of a good diet before my cycle I gained more naturally then I ever did by far. Then when I got on cycle I was afraid I was gonna hurt myself I gained so fast. Bench went from 315 natural to 365 after only 6 weeks on cycle!

Surplus. I was eating 4400 cals a day for most of the cycle but after talking to Fireguy in the diet section I found a way to lower my cals to about 4000 a day and get better results. I had to reduce my protein intake cause I was taking in 450-550gms a day. I knew it was too much but I was always hungry and I figured if I was gonna eat too much of something protein would be the best bet. I also increased my fat intake by a good 60-80gm a day to a total of 150gm a day. This helped me grow.
So far so good on my first day of PCT. I assume it will prob be at least a week before I feel or notice anything. Hopefully I will be lucky as I was on cycle and have minimal sides.

The first two injections felt like a good bruise for about 3-4 days then they got easier each time. Well that is until week 7-8. Make sure you move your injection sites to at least a couple different places. Otherwise it will start to hurt again. I went glutes and quads.
Oh and btw inject twice a week. I did Mon. morning and thurs. night.

Well first day in the gym on PCT and felt great! Still strong as I was on cycle. I'm curious when my lifts will start to get weaker.
