How long does it take for exemestame/aromasin to kick in during a cycle to prevent gyno? Also, is it true that this anti-estrogen drug will also keep away other unwanted side effect (i.e. acne, water retention, hair loss)?

I'd like to know also. I have a feeling I will get acne. I get about 1 zit per month already having never used and also with sub 300 test levels at age 31.
