where do I start
hi, i'm 21 years old, i've been training for 5 years, haven't seen much gains, i've been eating like a horse and training like crazy, but yet i cannot reach my desired goals, so i'm deciding to cycle something.
I was thinking of starting of with a dbol deca stack, then ending the cycle of with winstrol or anavar . What OTC and PCT would i require, would i require a liver cleanser?
and another one of my major issues is that i live in South Africa..... thanks

height 1.8m
weight - 68 kg
bf % - don't know
i wana reach about 80kg, i am currently very lean with muscle, i don't think that i have a high body fat %
i would like to add muscle and gain strength
my biceps are currently 14 inches circumfrence, my goal is about 17 - 18 inches
i bench only 143 lbs i would like to reach about 200 lbs.
my genetics are weak since my mom is asian, and my dad is caucasian but he and his family are tiny

For starters you are young and you need to do some training naturally. Your diet more than likely blows. go to the diet section learn how to eat and get a few years of experience under your belt. Stick around and read all the educational threads.

ok, but i think my diet is fine i've been to a few personal trainers and i'm eating around 5000 calories a day, 30% of my calories are from proteins, i'm using creatine, nitric oxide, protein, glutamine, arginine

Correct me if I am wrong but you are 5'9" 150 lbs, that means your diet sucks.

sorry dude your still to young listen to cobra his advice is spot on. hit up the diet section and post up what your eating and let them help fine tune it for you. you grow in the kitchen not in the gym and aas are not a magic potion.
