    How is this first cycle?

    So I've been doing research on this site for a few weeks now, and I think I found a pretty safe/effective cycle.

    Stats:
    Age: 21
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 155 pounds
    Years lifting: 1 religiously, 3 on/off

    I already gained 25 pounds this past year, started eating more, ate better, consumed more protein, lost fat.

    I'm going to run a 500mg Testosterone E cycle.
    40/20/20/20 Nolva.
    HCG on hand as well.

    dude your too young to run just yet.
    make your 1 year hard training 4 more and during that time dial in your diet yo will easily smash 200lb natty then cycle your body will thank you for it

    you were 5'10 and 145? Put on 25lbs of lean gains in one year? Bro, you should stick to training naturally, you have the pro's beat already. 21 is too young to start cycling.

    Yeah, I worked my butt off and gained 25 pounds in a year's time. My bench max went up by over 50 pounds, deadlift by 100+. I appreciate the advice, but I am going to go through with this.

    I just need to know how the cycle is. Should I make any changes?

    You need to learn how to eat.

    Send the next 3/4 years training hard and eat the correct amount of food...

    Start now by posting your diet in the diet forum...
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    You're too young to even consider AAS, you have'nt been training long enough to need AAS even if you were older, you need to gain more naturally by sticking to a good diet and training hard like you have done in the past year, this will help you build a good base and by the time you are 25 you will be ready for your first cycle.

    In the meantime keep learning by reading and posting here.
