    Is an AI NEEDED with first cycle?

    I started my first cycle and have missed a few of the eod AI doses. Just having trouble remembering to take it.
    Is an AI Really Needed for first cycle as gyno prevention or should something just be kept on hand for a just in case scenerio.

    I have been using .25 of L-Dex eod and I have L-Letro on hand just in case. I would like to just drop the doses of L-dex all together if that is okay. I keep reading that if you take to much it will hurt gains anyway.

    Advise please.

    I think it would be very wise to have an ai on hand like liquidex or exemestane.
