    Test Enanth & Deca Cycle - Advice

    Hey guys,

    What do you think of this planned cycle?

    Week 1 - 4: 30 mg of Dbol ED
    Week 1 - 10: 250 mg of Test Enanthate twice a week Monday & Thursday = 500mg total
    Week 1 - 10: 250 mg of Deca pinning once a week on Monday = 250 mg total
    Week 1 - 10: Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD, if needed

    PCT
    Week 13 - 14: 40 mg Nolva ED
    Week 15 - 16: 20 mg Nolva ED
    Week 13: Clomid 100 mg ED
    Week 14 - 16: Clomid 50 mg ED

    Stats:

    5' 7"
    160 lbs
    14% body fat
    31 years old

    I'm only on my first cycle (sustanon 500 mg EW for 10-weeks) so I'll probably wait until I go beyond test only cycle but still like to learn.

    x2... AAS is not your solution. If you cant gain and keep weight with your current diet, gear wont do much besides put weight on you which will turn to crap once you get off.

    No need for the deca on this your second cycle...

    Remember you need to finish your first cycle then allow your body time to recover...

    Correct. Entering Week 5 this Saturday. Calories have been upped using BMR and TDEE, I consume 3106 calories (1.5 grams of protein for lean body weight, .5 grams of fat for lean body weight and the remainder in complex carbs). I notice I'm gaining weight including fat unfortunately, put about 5 lbs since starting.

    After I'm done with the cycle, I plan to use the following formula before starting another test cycle with dbol as a kickstart this time:

    Time On Gear + PCT = Time Off

    I'm assuming this is the general rule of thumb?

    You know a lot of you guys encourage packing in the calories especially when cycling but don't seem to have a BF percentage anything over 10% based on your AVs. Is this just amazing genes?

    Even when eating extremely clean and by the book with 500 cals above my TDEE everday for muscle gain, I still seem to put on some body fat.

    Just as a guide my brother is 5'5" and got to 188 before cycle so it is possible with a good diet. Yours I am sure sucks.

    Diet is clean but still using a lot of whey to fill in my protein needs. I think that's my biggest weakness right now, the downside of working in an office...

    You bro may only be 5'5" and still 188lbs, oddly similar to my bro, but he also may have a bigger frame then me including more muscle composition to start.

    Shakes are not real food they are great pwo for immediate needs but should only be a meal as a last resort. If you work in an office pack your lunch. that actually gives you the advantage as you know where you will be every hr. EAT REAL FOOD! Go to the diet section.

    I'll see where my weight is today. I weigh in at the gym once a week on Mondays.

    I'll continue my nutrition research in the diet section. I was under the impression 500 cals over my TDEE (protein and carbs) everday would be enough nutrients to pack on slabs of muscle.

    First cycle and doing my research. We all have to start somewhere...

    Kenny, you sound like you start to do your homework and then you stop haflway through.

    EAT MORE REAL FOOD!!!!!

    Atleast 6 meals a day. Do your absolute best to make ONLY 1 a damn shake. Don't make excuses about work, etc. Find time on the weekend 1-2 hours to cook up all the meals you need for the week and put them in tupperware, in the fridge so all you have to do is grab and go. Don't tell me it can't be done. My wife and i do it every week.

    If you really, really, REALLY want to get big you will find a way to eat right. If not, you are just talking the talk and not walking the walk.

    GET DISCIPLINED!

    Here are some recent pics to go with my stats. No, I'm nowhere where I'd like to be or should be 4 weeks into my cycle. I already prepare food for the office the day before using a food scale but I'll up the protein and rely less on shakes to meet my protein needs.

    I did and still doing my homework but obviously need more fine-tuning. Your advice is always appreciated.
