    Injections

    This is just a question about my injection sites. I'm currently taking 3ml of test once a week and 1ml of tren every other day. Today my butt is super sore after having injected in both sides.

    Questions:

    Would it be ok to inject into my quads as well as my glutes, just to give myself a four site rotation?

    Is there anything negative that could come about due to injecting in so many different spots?

    If I were to inject in my quads where is a good spot? I've read all about injecting in the quads and was just wondering out of personal experience where you would recommend.

    This last one is super off topic so I'm sorry about it, but after reading about estrogen control while on cycle from one of the stickied posts, I was wondering how important that is to do or if I'd be fine by just running a good pct postcycle.

    estrogen control is completely up to the individual tolerance and your susceptability to ERSE. Some get gyno just looking at a vial of test. I get mild acne on my harshest cycle, everyone is different

    those are some pretty basic questions for someone who is running 3mls of test a week and 100mgs of tren .
    no9t being rude but I believe you need to do a lil research bro

    Why? Forget the shoulders. Most of the problems I read about are from people doing the shoulders or traps.

    Using the quads is fine. Nothing negative. I use my quads 99% of the time.

    3ml of test is a LOT especially if you are doing it in 1 shot. Why not split it up and inject at the same time as the tren ? Also mixing it with the tren makes the tren not so harsh. Some people have reaction to the tren. Tren caugh or getting sore but adding the test in the same shot seems to make it more mild.

    I use my whole quad from just below the Hip to a few inches above the knee using the outer, inner and top. I have been doing this for 2+ years 2x a week due to HRT.

    I'm a quad injection fan as well. I find the closer to the knee you get the more painful it is. If you stick to the upper part of the quad, and a little to the out part of the quad, that's my personal spot of choice.

    Sorry for thread-highjacking.
    But after reading lovbyts post,
    I have a quick question:
    I've heard doing deep muscle quad injections
    a little bit of bleeding is normal. So while aspirating how can you know the diff between normal bleeding and abnormal bleeding?

    when you aspirate you should see NO blood at all

    I have been doing it 2x a week for 2 years and only get a spot/drop at the most 99% of the time. The most I have gotten is a couple drops.

    Abnormal would be it wont stop even with pressure for a few minutes. If you hold a cotton swab on it for a minute or two and when you remove the pad it is still bleeding, dribbling down your leg that would be abnormal. At this point I would get some Ice to put on it also as well as holding pressure longer.

    The same rules apply as for any part of your body though as far as aspirating goes. Air bubble = good, blood = bad.

    Well that stung a bit, I'm not sure about going in the thigh again, definitely hit a nerve

    how do you know you hit a nerve did your leg twitch or jump or did it just sting so you think you hit a nerve

    yes these questions are so basic that I(and everyother educated member on this board) strongly urge you to RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH. AS you are taking one of the most dangerous ASS out there(tren ) and your knowlege proves to be lacking.

    PCT and antit e's- read swiftows sticky in the pct section to get you started.

    as far as the darts go. you should not hit one site more than once in 7-12 days.
    the best site with pics is the one already given above.

    I am also doing eod darts. this is my chart. left glut, left sholder, left quad, right glut, right sholder, right quad, ( just started hitting tris's as well). i work my darts around what im working out so that what i train isnt sore

    ^^^Bold^^^ You mean you are using 1mL every 3 days (like Monday, Wednesday and Friday)? Or are you injecting 3mL like every Monday (for example)?

    As far as injection sites go, my preferences are as follows:
    Quads
    Inner Deltoid
    Middle Deltoid
    Outer Deltoid
    Inner Bicep
    Outer Bicep
    (Numerous spots) Pecs
    Traps
    Triceps

    I use quads and glutes.
    Used quads only on 1st cycle. rotating with glutes this 2nd cycle as have more cc's to pin each week.

    Got to allow sites to heal up...
