    Please critique this hypothetical cycle.

    Note. The following information is neither and endorsement or denouncement of steroids. It is merely for my own research purposes, the following information may not be used without the expressed written consent of MLB baseball.

    What do you guys think of the following cylce as a first cycle for someone who has never dappled in the dark arts before.
    Chemicals:
    Sustanon 250(testosterone enenthate instead?)
    Deca-Durabolin
    Dianabol
    Nolvadex
    Clomid

    Schedule
    500mg per week of sustanon 250(split into two or three doses a week)-10 weeks
    250mg per week of deca-durabolin - 10 weeks
    3tabs(30mg) per day of dianobol for the first 5 weeks(too low?)
    20mg of nolvadex a day if necessary during cycle.

    PCT
    40mg of nolvadex a day for four weeks(starting one/two weeks after ending cycle)
    100mg of clomid per day begining the day after ending cycle(for one week) then 50 mg of clomid per day for another two weeks.

    Hypothetical stats of hypothetical user
    Age 25
    weight 175
    height 5'11"
    BF% 12%
    cycle and pct experience: none
    workout and diet knowledge: extensive

    Thank you in advance for any insight and opinions on the subject.

    Its too much for a 'hypothetical' first cycle. It is recommended to only run a simple Test only cycle your first go around, that way you can monitor how your body will react to it.

    3 different compounds your first time.... then say you get a bad side affect... which one caused it? You prob wont know cause you never took the time to start slow and see how your body reacts to different compounds first.

    'Hypothetically' speaking of course....

    'Hypothetically' speaking just stick with test e o test cyp... then do pct... dbol is an option

    So keep the testorene dosage the same at 500mg a week but replace sustanon with test enenthate or cypionate(wont have to pin as much) and keep dbol to see gains early on. What about lenght of the cycle? I chose ten weeks because I felt 8weeks was to short and anything longer than 12 was to much.

    bottom line is your to light to be running a cycle man i am 5-6 and i can hit 175 bulking ez with no gear. figure out your diet first.

    Thanks for the links. I had already seen the one about nutrition and plan to memorize it. My weight is low right now because I have been doing a lot of cardio and dieting to get my body fat low. Also, I do not plan on using anytime soon. I plan to start bulking naturally next but want to get my fat% at around 10% or lower if possible to start with a clean slate. Right now I am trying to learn more from people who have real life experience and have gone through a similar situation so that I can have a don't and do list. Just trying to educate myself.

    Educating yourself is the best idea. If we are no longer speaking hypothecially, then your diet is where you need to start. The diet section needs to be your new home on the web until you have reached your natural full potential. What does your diet look like?

    As I mentioned in my previous post my diet right now is designed to lose weight/fat loss. Eating six to seven meals a day. Typical day looks like this:

    wake up - Cardio 30 to 45 minutes moderate to high intensity cardio(usually run/jog 3 miles)
    Breakfast - 1 cup of oatmeal + 5 egg whites (sometimes protein shake for convenience)
    snack/meal 2 - 25g Protein shake + banana or granola bar(I am at work so not many options)
    Lunch - Salad with 6oz of chicken breast
    snack/meal - same as meal 2 (still at work)
    Workout
    post workout meal - 50g whey protein, 12oz grape juice
    Dinner - 6 to 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup of rice or 1 sweet potato
    bedtime meal - don't like cottage cheese so I take 25g of casein protein.

    Current diet has been working for me. Have been losing fat/weight.
