    Will steroids help?

First of all im pretty new to all this. Just looking for some advice.
    I just turned 21, 5 10" and 125lbs.
I have been trying to gain weight for years. I had gym memberships, changed my diet multiple times, milkshakes after milkshakes, been to doctors ( told me to drink ensure which i did), even worked at macdonalds for ~8 months.. Nothing worked.
Last year a good friend of mine took steroids, he actually asked me to inject it since im a certified medical assistant. He gained a few pounds.
I have been and will be working landscaping for the rest of the year which means a lot of heavy lifting. I was wondering how much would steroids help in gaining some lbs and whether i should even take them.
    Thanks in advance.

If your not going to be hitting the weight room then it's only going to be detrimental to your health.

But, if you are planning on hitting the weight room, then it's worth your time, and will help you put on weight.

NO steroids will not help you need to be eating real food and not shakes. Go to the diet section and learn how to eat. 125 lbs is extremely tiny

Do not listen to kingkong he is giving advice and does not even know what size pin he is to use for injecting, not to mention the fact that he like you is to young to be using aas. you risk permanent damage to your body by using at your age.

Real food and a good lifting routine will cause you to out on size. Aas will do you nothing but harm. It's going to take some actual dedication and hard work to get results.

Your to young to start steroids,
You need food more than anything,
Forget the shakes and increase the food, if you design a solid diet you will gain weight.

Who are you and why are you giving BAD advise? Either educate yourself of be prepared to be banned. Your advise sucks.

NO steroids will not help you unless you have a medical condition that is proven to not let you gain weight/muscle.

Honestly I will bet you can gain PLENTY of weight if you learn how to eat properly. I was 140 for many years and though I knew how to eat. hahahahahaha Joke.... Im 185 no and pretty lean.

Also due to your age you can do yourself a lot of harm in the long run by doing any AAS before you are 24+ read the sticky notes above please.

You need to also visit the diet section and make a post of what your daily diet/intake is and you will get help on what to eat and when. Also dont just ask, do some reading from other post to familiarize yourself with what is going on.

You have come to the right place for help. Healthy help that will do you a lot more good than AAS would at this point.

5'10" 125? holy moly that's a classic skinny ectomorph. I suggest you read a book called starting strength by mark rippetoe. also look into scrawny2brawny by john berardi. these will teach you basic barbell training and nutrition for skinny bastards. you need a few years of natural training and diet before even thinking about using AAS. not to mention you're too young....
