    Test-e 2nd cycle

    Hello everyone,
    I'm on my 2nd cycle of test-e my first was about a week and a half ago.
    And the 2nd was on saturday.
    I had not worked out in 2 or 3 days but today I worked out a little,
    And noticed a little more energy while working out. Is that normal?

    I dont/hope you dont mean 2nd cycle but you mean your 2nd injection. You should be injecting ever 3 1/2 days, not just whenever...

    By the sounds of it you should NOT be using AAS at all and honestly you should STOP now until you learn how to do it properly before you do more damage please....

    There is no reason to take AAS/Test unless you are in the gym every day, 5x a week training hard.

    Also you should not be taking any AAS unless you have been in the gym 5x a week for the last couple of years, you are in really really good shape already, your diet is very good, you are happy about how you look but you need a boost to get more.

    It sounds like you have been ill advised on what to do, how to do it and what it is for.

    Please give us your stats as asked above and stay around and learn what you should be doing.

    Well you where advised not to start but like most you think/hope you are the exception to the rule and wont have any negative side effects. Good luck... really.

    No, MOST people who say they have been training for x# of years means they go to the gym once in a while and even 5x a week for a few weeks or month.

    How long have you been in the gym 5x a week consistently? Weeks, months, years?

    Example. I started working out in 1978. I worked out pretty much 4-5x a week until 1986. I was still in the gym off and on until 2007 but never consistently. A few weeks here or there, maybe a month once in a while but never 5x a week for months/years. I could say I have been training for 32 years but that would be a stretch.

    I have been training for 2 1/2 years consistently, 5x a week with only a 7-10 days off 3x at the most.

    How long have you been training?

    I've not trained hard at the gym 5x a week in a few years.
    I did like a year or 2 of hard training 5x a week.
    I'm going to just take 3 more injections then stop.
    Does anyone know some good supplements that could substitute?

    Food is honestly the best supplement you can take and the best bang for the buck.

    You still need to do a proper PCT due to you have shut down your natural testosterone production already.

    It really is advisable to have a least 1 year and 2 is better of HARD training before thinking of doing any AAS.

    It's like buying a car you would like to race but it is pretty much stock. Would you run HIGH octane gas and hook up nitrous to it right away? If you do it will run faster for a short time but then it will burn out. You have to prepare the engine properly first. The human body is nothing more than an engine but if you burn it out replacement parts can not be found at the auto parts store LOL

    Be smart and do it right. You will be MUCH more happy in the long run. Those of us who have been here for a while dont see it as a race. WE dont worry about how we look next week or next month. We make long term goals. My next goal/objective is for June 2011, my 30yr class reunion.

    Dont be a summer abs guy and layer of fat winter guy. LOL

    I have a co worker who has been TALKING about getting into shape for 3+ years now ever since he had a heart attach. He had a hear attach due to loosing weight to rapidly before his class reunion (30 years) and then gained it all back shortly after. He is wanting to do the same thing now due to something else coming up and I refuse to help him. I have been trying for over a year telling him what to eat, how to eat but he refuses to do anything, only talk.

    If you try to do things to fast your body will let you know it's pissed off and having a heart attack is not something I want to have until I am in my 90s and I have just finished banging some 20 yr old Thai girl.

    Yea I think I'm just gonna stop taking the test after 3 more shots,
    Then move on to protein and eating good.
