Womans use of Clen

Hello.
I'm looking for some use on how to safely use clen ? I'm brand new to the site so be easy on me.

I'm a modela nd have recently put on a bit to much wight as i've just began seeinga new man and all we've done is go out to eat and stay in to eat. I'm 6 foot to the inch. I've re joined teh gym which i've been off for three onth and am looking for a professional to do me a diet. My training is fine. i just want to know how to use clen safely.
I've used ECA stacks secsessfully but the ones i were using i cannot get and am scared of buying them off the net incase i get fakes.

Any help will be lovely.

I'm female 6 foot with no shoes on, 24, size 12.
i need to be size 10 by the middle of september for a wedding dress shoot. I have used Clen before about a year ago with great results but i didn't use taurine is it? I was just wondering how to use it safely!
And what is the use of t3?

Hi I started off using 20mcg each day for a few days never really felt nothing moved up to 40 for two days still nothing then 60 got the shakes slightly nothing major went up to 80 after a few days and just kept on at 80. I took ephedrine before so got some keto used it for a few weeks before and just kept using it throughout. Stayed on for around two months lost the stubborn fat off my belly. For some people it might work without having a perfect diet but as others have said my diet was really strict with carbs. Used taurine as well never got any cramps don't know if it helped or i wouldn't have got them anyway, and also keep drinking plenty of water. I had a headache for the first few days but it went away after that and it didn't seem to help or hinder my cardio. Forgot you asked about T3, again everyone's different but I took T3 before without clen never really noticed much difference tapering up to 75mcg a day. Took it with clen same dosage so again don't know if them both together got rid of my belly or whether it was just the clen. Had a blood test done last week and my thyroid is normal.
