Stats:
- 24 yo
- 6'1" tall
- 212 lbs.
- 12% bf (going for 9% at start)
- 5 years training
Goal:
- to reduce bf to 7% while adding as much LBM as possible
Diet:
- 40/40/20 split just above maintenance with daily LIT for 45 mins in the AM.
Proposed cycle:
- Weeks 1-10: 500 mg test e/wk
- Weeks 8-12: 50mg anavar/ed
- Weeks 12-16: Nolva/clomid PCT
- A-dex @ .5mg/e3d (may not run it at all)
What do you think? I'm very good with diet and training but my knowledge of gear isn't at the same level. I'm counting on you guys to help get me sorted if this doesn't look good or if I should run another set-up altogether.
