I was at 250 when I finished my first cycle. I didn't like the fat I had put on with the muscle so I started to cut some weight. It took me 7 months to get down to 215 but I have kept most my gains.
I'm definetly going to up my calories on the next cycle and try and do a clean bulk.
One last question. I'm going to Canada for 5 days in the middle of July. Could I pin before I board the plane Sunday evening and then again when I return Saturday and be ok? If so should I pin 400mg's Sunday and 200 on the Saturday when I return or just wait to start when I get back from my trip?
