    First Time Cycle Question

    I am 27 years old, 5'10", 146.
I have been working out regularly for over 5 years. I am a hard gainer, but have been able to put on consistent gains with solid workouts and good nutrition over the years. My friend is in a similar situation has done a few cycles and has seen amazing results so I thought I would give it a try....

    My proposed cycle....

    Sustaplex 325
    Each 10ml Vial contains
    30mg/ml Testosterone Acetate
    50mg/ml Testosterone Propionate
    50mg/ml Testosterone Phenylpropionate
    90 mg/ml Testosterone Cypionate
    105mg/ml Testosterone Decanoate

I'll take 1ml a week for 10 weeks (one shot a week) I'll decrease the dose the last 2 weeks.
PCT - Start Clomid 2 weeks after my last shot for 3 weeks.

    Any thoughts?

Just looking to gain 15-20 pounds and keep the side effects to a minimum.

Before the ruder comments come, just accept that no one here will help someone your stats use AAS. Its a simple fact. If you cant eat and train to put on more weight, then you cant eat to maintain a higher weight with AAS.

As much as you don't want to hear it, KP is right.

You may think your diet is right, but it's clear from your stats that it isn't.

You're thin. You need to eat big, train hard, and learn to gain at least another 40lbs naturally before you even think about AAS.

Your body will naturally go to a state of equilibrium. You take AAS you will gain weight. You get off AAS and maintain your normal eating habits. Your body will naturally adapt to your diet intake. Most likely, you will lose all of your gains since that is the most natural state of your body's equilibrium.

You've been working out and putting on solid gains for 5 years, and you are 5'10 and 146? Seems a bit impossible to work out and eat for 5 years and have those stats.

Thanks for the input everyone. I'll go back to the drawing board and see how I can improve my diet and increase my weight naturally.
