    Exclamation Hey guys, another newbie to this forum...with I'm sure some pretty basic questions...

    Hey guys, I'm set up for my first cycle and want to know what you think or suggest...I want to do this right bc I have read the first is the most important. Obviously, I will not be drinking during, eating roughly 1-1.5g protein/lb., cutting out most sodium and keeping cardio up to reduce water retention...

    BODY COMP as of NOW:
    23 Years Old
    HEIGHT: 5'11"
    WEIGHT: 185 lbs
    BODY FAT: 11%
    TRAINING HISTORY: ~10 years solid

    Week 1-12: 500mg TestE a week
    Week 1-10: 300mg Eq.
    Week 9-14: hopefully some anavar , depending on availability
    NOLVA on hand through out and for PCT. (any PCT suggestions bc i know this is the most important) I heard maybe letro and arimidex instead of anavar...?

    ANOTHER WAY I WAS THINKING WAS SHORTENING TO DOING A 8-WEEK CYC...?

    THANKS, AND IF YOU ARE NOT SURE PLEASE DONT POST...I'M NOT LOOKING TO BE REDIC I JUST WANT THE SAFEST AND BEST WAY TO GET TO 195 AND STAY SOLID THERE...

    EQ is a waste. your a little young but close. pct should be
    Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
    Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
    Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
    Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

    i dont know what your goals are for this cycle but you need at least 300grams of protien everyday.

    The advise you will receive here is: wait until you are a couple of years older, closer to 200Lbs natty and only use one compound on your first cycle (test), certainly not three, so you can assess how your body responds with sides etc.

    well he is starting at 185 before cycling...so i am assuning he is going to be getting around 200 and that would be 1.5 grams of protien per lb. just to maintain that. what would you suggest? 300 would be minimum imo.

    I'll be 24 in October and protein will not be a problem bc i eat a solid meal plan of chicken thighs and breast w/o skin as well as protein shakes on the reg... bjPennnn...

    Nilrac... I just cut down from 205, but if I should wait then I'll take that into consideration.

    Why is Eq. a waste?

    oh, and is buying fish oil and milk thistle and shit a waste?

    no fish oils are great for you for tonz of reasons. and you can skip the milk thislte if your not running any orals. I would just stick to the basics for your first cycle man. test is best.

    I see what you are saying buddy, but imo he needs *atleast* one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and anything else above that is a bonus. That was my only point.

    If he can manage 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight, fair play to him...

    As BJ said, fish oils are an excellent supplement choice. I never go without them anymore. And milkthistle is unnecessary with an injectable cycle of test.

    If you just cut down from 205Lbs and have a good solid base at 185Lbs then I think you are fine in that department at your height. I'd maybe wait another few years though, I thought about cycling at 24, but I am glad I waited till nearer 28. Alot can change in your life in 4 years, especially in your twenties!

    You should be able to get to 195 naturally with just a good change in diet. What does your diet look like?
