Clen Questions
Hey everyone... it's been a long time. I have some questions about Clen . (I actually bought some from Lion about 6 months ago, but it is still sitting in my medicine cabinet unopened due to a lack of good opportunity to have a steady schedule.)
27 M, 6'3", 205lbs, 15-20% BF (Estimate). Here's the background: I started a new job about 2-2.5 years ago and totally lost my previously very good routine. Have been traveling up to 5 days a week and couldn't keep up with it... I quit going to the gym, quit eating right, partied too much, etc. Grew a beer belly, lost alot of muscle, feel like shit and now I want to get back to my old self. I have a real hard time staying motivated though.
A couple times now I've gotten back to it for about two weeks, and had no visible progress so I got frustrated & fell back out of routine. (I've never had to lose any fat before so I didn't realize how incredibly difficult it is).
I'm looking at Clen as a way to jump-start my new routine again. I'm on a break from travelling for at least 2 months, so it's a good time for me to commit to this and get started again. I just don't want to get frustrated and lose motivation again after no progress. If I have that crutch there to help me quickly see myself making progress and actually moving towards my goal, I think it will be enough to keep me going. I used to eat very well, work out on a great routine and was totally motivated when I could see myself making gains, so I know all I need mentally is to see that first step actually working and I'll be able to stick with it.
My questions are this:
- Would a cycle or two of Clen along with regular cardo and weightlifing actually give me any visible or noticable help in getting started with losing some of my excess fat and leaning out again so I can get back to building muscle? I dont want this to be a regular thing, just a kick-start, so I would want to do probably 2, maybe 3 two-week cycles at the most.
- Is there a "rebound effect" from Clen that will occur (assuming I keep up with the healty eating and workout regimen)?
- Does Clen give you any noticible effect on your cardio ability?
- Has anyone on here used Clen and had a bad experience? I've read the "rat study" where they gave rats those massive doses of Clen and read about the heart damage, etc... dont know if that holds much water though due to the doses. Just wondering if anyone has had any real-life examples of negative effects.
- Is my Clen still good? Bought about 6-8 months ago, kept cool and dry in the medicine cabinet unopened.
- Anything else I should know/do before making the decision one way or another on whether to use this or not?

As I said in anther post, I do not think that much of clen ! I was havung to take over 200mcg after 2 weeks to feel any effects... As I said, I decided to try a GNC supplement for a break from the illeagals and bought some Hydroxicut Hardcore X pills. Itell you and this is no lie, I think it works as good if not better than the clen did for me! I have only been using it for 4 days and I have already dropped 2-3# of fat and am sweating harder than the clen made me! I have changed nothing in my diet and no cardio right now and since saturday I have been able to go from no 5 and 6th ab showing to now being able to see them!! Ican really feel it when I tke it and I know it is working !! I would suggest leaving the clen alone and trying those! I am really liking the result so far and even if the results seize after 10-14 days I think it is still going to be worth the $30 I spent!!

Thanks, nine... had tried regular Hydroxycut before and it didn't do much of anything for me (although I'm pretty de-sensitized to caffeine). Maybe I'll try the Hardcore X. Anyone else try these?
Bump for more opinons on the original Clen questions?

I do like using clen , works great for me, I like the clen/t4 combo. But if this is your first time using go with just clen because it can be strong. You might want to look into supplementing keto so you can run it longer. Everyone doses clen different, 100 mcgs works well for me but some people can go as high as 200 mcgs, so find what works for you.

I didn't the the way I felt on clen . I do a lot of cardio so I keep my body fat in check. It's tough to lose body fat. My brother in law, 30 yo 6'3" 225lbs 23% bf, went on an HCG diet and lost 17 lbs in 10 days. He's got another 10 days to go. It's pretty amazing. The diet's super strict. If you can get past the diet, I've seen it do wonders for him.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is how quickly can I realistically expect to see results from Clen . I've read all of the information on dosing, use, etc... I just want to know if it's worth it if I'm only going to take 1 or 2, 2 week cycles?

Tried Clen /T3 combo and it didnt do anymore than when I cut with diet. Just takes more effort when you do it yourself. But you feel better. No side effects from doing it with hard work... aside from results that is

I see in your post you mention "I have never had to lose any fat, and now realize how difficult it actually is". Theres no steroid to this day that has given me what my diet has..
I to have tried Clen and didnt think much of it. i also didnt care for the feeling it gave me at high dose but still finished cycle of it.
I would concentrate on working out your diet int he diet section and getting back to the gym everyday. With a good diet you will see results rite away (2-3 pounds a week np) which will make yoiu want to continue on your journey.
