    Few Questions about cycles

Does anyone have success with running 1 cycle and being done or does that seem to be a waste of time because your body will shed the muscle you gain?

How much time do you typically give yourself between cycles?

My current cycle is 500 mg test-eth, Dbol , and Nolvadex . So far I have added about 12 lb of muscle and a ton of strength. It is a 12 week cycle and I was considering running clen /t3 during the last few weeks to help with cutting while not losing muscle. Is this ok and if so what week should I start?

    Thanks for the help

no you will not shed the muscle u gain with proper pct and diet, maybe some but it depends... between cycles pretty much cycle time + pct timeso say roughly 4 and a half months. i dont know about the clen , someone else can answer that

I have only run one cycle thus far, and although you appreciate the muscle gains, you become accustomed to how you look- and want to look better. I think it would be very hard for someone to successfully complete a cycle and not have the urge to try it again.

I believe the general rule is time on = time off. If your cycle is 12 weeks, give yourself AT LEAST 12 weeks (not including PCT) to recover. It could take even longer. Everybody is different.

My personal opinion is that cutting calories near the end of a cycle could be detrimental to the gains you've made on cycle. You don't want to go into a deficit right away. You want to keep your calories high and maintain the gains that you've kept. You've worked hard to put those pounds on, I feel it's best to keep as much as you can, finish PCT and if necessary, cut calories later on.

    agreed^
from what I have seen, most guys who intend to run one cycle then stop really like the way they feel on cycle, and really appreciate the gains they achieve, and consequently run more cycles. it is not addictive the way some recreational drugs are, but often the results are so desirable that they re-think their initial plan and decide to run more cycles.

It is all diet dependant. If you weigh 200lbs and eat like you are 150 lbs you will lose the weight.

Thank you everyone for the replys! I understand the concept of wanting more and of course already feel that. I mostly just don't want this time/money/etc to go to waste if I do decide to do 1 and quit. Some reading I have done on here has said that your body will eventually lose what you gained on a cycle if you do not continue more cycles. If i'm able too I am guessing I will continue 1 cycle a year before summer for a few years.

Anyone else thoughts on the Clen at the end? I'm not thinking of a super calorie restrictive diet but more focus on protein, veggies, etc and less carbs and keeping my calorie intake about what my body needs (1800-2000) and using the clen/t3 combo to shed 5-10 lb of fat for a good cut look at the end. Mostly because I don't want to jump on another cycle of Test right away while using Clen/T3 as most people recommend.

I helped a friend of mine, granted he's 45 years old, do a 12 week cycle that has turned into TRT for him. He loves the way he feels and is making gains left and right.

Ive always done time on/time off, and checked blood levels on harder cycles to make sure all was well.

Theres no cycle, like your first!! If this is your first, you will remember it forever!! I know i do.

I think there are few who go with the one cycle done deal. I think many have originally said that, and then found themselves next to the needle again. That was my case as well. lol...
