1st cycle questions
Hello All,
I'm gald to see that there are people who can help out when it comes to this subject. Right now I'm about 290 with good size and strength. I've had a problem with body fat for most of my adult life being that I was about 350 2yrs ago. I've battled to lose 50 lbs and put on some good size during these two years. I'm in perfect health and what to lean out and build quality muscle so my doc suggested for me to be on a controlled AAS cycle under his care. my diet is somewhat clean and Being that I'm never done a steriod in my life I was skeptical at first but seeing that my body has not changed in 2yrs I said what the hell!!! My stats are as follows
arms 20''
chest 54"
quads 26"
calves 19"
waist 44"
height 5'10"
I played football for years and genetics have blessed me with a good frame to support large muscle. I would like 2a shave at least 4-5 inches off of that waist and drop down to about 250-240 but within 16 weeks. Since this is a good site I wanted to ask some people there opinion. I wanna know some of the good cycle stacks that would hopefully get me where I would like to be. Diet and protein intake in all ready in hand so I just wanna pick brians???? thanks

How about sust/eq/winny and you can end it with clen
but maybe you should just try good ol' clen 2on 2off with a good fat burner(xenadrine/hydroxycut..) with a low carb diet(with carb up days)
and see how it goes for ya?

whats you're diet like?
I would suggest Clen like i discribed
and try do drop very slowly your cals down(from carbs)
you can achive good results with that.
I'd recomend that you try and loose the weight you want to lose Bf
adding AAS. Once you achive that, then you can think of a good cycle to do, and will help!

7 days to go b4 i start
what's up all,
Still hitting the cardio hard as hell up to 50 intense minutes. Looks like I'll be 285 when I start this cycle. My fist cycle will consist of test/deca / and arimidex for about 6wks and then I will add win and an eca to the mix. My goal is to loose bodyfat and add some serious tone and cuts to my physique. I'm still gonna emphasize cardio during my first ever cycle thougu out my 12-16weeks because I have problems with bodyfat. I'm thinking cardio 4days@ 30-45 mins intense. replys please

test and deca will bloat you, not cut you. i'd suggest EQ at 400 mg a week with fina at 75 mg ED if you want to cut up and tone yourself. just my .02
