    Advice: Cutting Cycle after bulking

    Hello everyone,
I've finished my cycle + PCT. Gains are good. Its like 1 month over PCT. Gains staying so looks solid.

    CYCLE Details:

    Test E. 500 mg 14 weeks
    Oxymeth 75 mg 5 weeks

    Body Stats:

    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: 190 lbs
    Body fat: 12-14%
    Training experience: Intermediate

    Diet:
Good enough so I'm staying with the gains.

Now my question. I read doing cutting after bulk is a bad idea as the gains are gained in few months .. so one should work hard and atleast do another Bulk cycle.

My idea of cutting is some fat burner + clen. I need to take off the extra on my abs. More looking for lowering down the bodyfat to 9%-10%.

    Any suggestion will be welcomed.

Re-design your diet and increase your cardio, that will drop your bf.

Its not a good idea to go into a cut after a bulking cycle,

I think you're right. I need to decrease oils and sodium. and rework on my diet + cardio.

Why is that man? Will it result in losing a lot of the gains you made while bulking.

I just completed a bulking cycle with test c/deca/dbol and cut immediately afterwards. I thought it worked great I retained most of my gains and was able to get super cut.

Just wondering cause if its not a good idea I certainly won't do that next time.

By the way about 3 weeks after I completed my cycle I ran clen for two weeks and t3 for 4 weeks. I am doing a cutting cycle with test prop/tren a/winstrol next but it would be nice to know for a future bulking cycle. How long should have I waited after completing my cycle to start cutting?

Going into a cutting phase after a bulking cycle will rob you of all the hardearn muscle tissue you built while on the cycle, in PCT you need to increase the calories not restrict them.

Exactly. thats what I read around. I've increased my cardio timing.. and rearranging my diet as well. Lets see the difference in few weeks.

One thing I like to do is the first 4 to 6 weeks of my contest prep, I will take more of a bulking compounds, like test enant, and deca, then i go straight into my cutting phase switching over to test prop, winstrol, masteron, and equipoise. It helps to keep my size in the beginning of my diet and usually i put on some good gains in that short time. But if your only trying to gain muscle then its best to separate the two and run them back to back. I ran across this theory accidentally. I was halfway through a bulking cycle and the show that I planned on doing was in 10weeks, so I had to go straight into a cutting cycle and it worked very well.
