    Question about 17 Methyl-1-androstene-17b

    I recently came across a cycle of M1T. 10 mg.
    They are in the form of caps and I know they can be hard on the liver. Would Milk Thystle be sufficient and if so what mg would you suggest? I plan on going 1 week 10 mg per day then maybe boosting to 20 mg per day. Should I go 5/2 or every day. I am 37 years old, 172 pounds, about 12% bf. I am a pretty good diet. I have read many differant posts regarding M1T but so many differant opinions. I value the opinions in here more so I am asking.
    Any feedback would be great. Please dis regard mis spelled words.

    What are your goals?
    You are 172lbs, and 6' tall. You need to work on your diet first.

    diet

    I am working hard on my diet but need a little boost. I am ready but just would like a little advice from someone that knows this product. Also gong to start and HGH cycle as well.

    Save it until you get your weight up to around 190 lbs+ naturally so you can get some good results. Why use it or anything to get to where you should already be and can achieve with diet and exercise easily?

    Everyone wants a little boost even when the best boost and easiest is right in front of you, Food.

    diet

    8 months ago I was 144. With diet and exercise I have put on 27 pounds all natural. I am now at a position where I cannot gain and have been stuck for 2 months now. I eat good very high protien intake. Also work out 4-5 days per week. Do you think M1t would be a good start? or maybe hgh?

    It's terrible, I've tried it and it made me so tired and unmotivated, destroyed my lipid profile, and took me forever to recover. Garbage, but good luck with it. If you're going to use it make sure you research it correctly, cause it's harsh.

    How much were you taking and how long was your cycle?

    I took it when I was at 215lbs. at about 15%. I took 20 to 30 mgs for 3 weeks and nolva/clomid for Pct. It was around 5 or 6 years ago.
