Help:Swelling has spread down my leg from the glute, day 7 since dart.
I took a shot 7 days ago in the wrong spot in my glute. A little to much north east from the correct location where it should have been.
Today day 7 I noticed a good 3/4 " of swelling that pops out from the outer thigh. doesn't hurt to poke like my whole glute just soft to touch. This goes halfway down my leg.
day 1-3 was painful to move my right leg for anything. Sitting was horrible.
day 4 had a big red blotch area that i circled with a marker. Was hot to touch that day.
day 5 it was gone but very sore, no discoloration.
My freind who got injected the same day, he's glute was painful till day 5 but mine is still kicking my ass.
Theres alot of swelling on the whole right check. its more painful to poke the injection site then any other area.
I wan't to get it check out but what am I ganna tell the doctor about the injection. I need help on my BS story to tell him.
The pain is not as intense now, so i figured it was getting better till I noticed my leg today.
I'm always sitting on it all day, could that be why its taking longer to heal? Its stiff at the injection site. I woundn't say its bulging out. But i feel something round inside if i Push down on the site.
I have quit my first cycle day 5.Last edited by snoozin; 06-21-2010 at 11:08 PM.

Is the injection site warm to the touch? Red and painful? Do you have a fever?
If you answered yes to these questions you need to see a doctor, you have an infection. If he asks why just be honest, he's not a cop he's a doctor and he's there to help you.

Seeking medical attention on an open forum isn't the best idea. However, it does seem that the worst is over for you. Nevertheless, I personally would get it checked out myself to be honest. And yes, you can tell the doctor about the injection. Sure, he/she may go on some spill about the negatives of AAS but they are restricted to patient/doctor confidentiality thus they cannot get you into any form of legal trouble. (You can sue if they did, but they won't) They are doctors and have seen all types of cases so you will be just another day for them. My sister-in-law is a doctor as well, although she doesn't say anything about specific cases, she does admit that she has seen some crazy ones before. Either way, good luck bro.

You dont have to say it is/was AAS, you can say it was B12.

by the end of day four there was a 3 inch red circle. about 2 inches away from the site. It was red and warm and sensitive. But that was after 8 hours of sitting and standing. I think it just aggravated it more. But the next day it was not red anymore.
The only thing i'm worried about is the stiff feeling when i press on the injection site. Its like not soft like all the other swollen area. I really hope its not a ciste.
