help with cycle, looking for strength speed and power
looking to gain lean mass, power, and speed what would be an advisable cycle that would inflict the least amount of long term damage to my body and allow me to keep my gains. if i were on a high protein diet, 5000 calories 500g of protein and 500g of carbs a day with RIGOROUS lifting and running in the florida heat. Thanks in advance.

you aren't old enough to be a member here. obviously your next approach will be to lie about your age, at which point I will check your ip address and proceed accordingly. you are 16, go be a kid and forget about steroids .
