clen/t3 questions

How do you guys take your T3 with clen ? At the same time as clen?
Also do you take your T3 all in the morning like clen?

I take them both at the same time clen and t3 no need to split up the dosages. Are you taking any taurine or keto to supplement?

yes u do, so that ur natural production of thyroid will return to its normal state.

there's no need to taper off. There's never been any kind of proof that people need to taper off. I've done t3 cycles up to 3 months and have always quit cold turkey. The thyroid is very resilient.

I got myself alot of taurine to supplement as i do cramp up alot during BJJ classes on clen .
No keto. Just going to follow Jack87's clen/t3 cycle sticky.
One other question, it seems alot of people dont like to go above 100mcg for t3 on here? Is that due to muscle loss?
