Time on = Time off cycle

What are your opinions on how often you can cycle? I have heard that the time spent on cycle should = the time you spend off cycle. Whatcha think?

Easiest and most surefire way to determine time to get back on cycle is with bloodwork.

Add PCT, i.e. TIME OFF = TIME ON + PCT

Legend has it that this Rule of Thumb came about due to the above bloodwork recommendation. Apparently, Old School bb’ers would get bloodwork done, but sought a reliable way around it. They then accurately theorized that there was a direct correlation between cycle duration and positive lab/bloodwork. After testing various formulas, the above one worked and promptly became embedded in bb’er lore.

If I were to get blood work done to determin if my body has begun to produce natural test, would that be enough to safely start another cycle?
