    Set up a cycle for me

    Hey guys heres my stats. Hieght 5'8 weight 180 bench 190 squat 270 power clean 160 deadlift 250 i work out every day twice a day 2 hours each time doing cardio and gym im 19 years old and would like to start taking steroids to improve my speed get skinnier and bench more. Ive looked into winni's and avanar or whatever its called i spent aboug a month reasearchingand still cant figure a good regimen so some advice would be good and i eat healthy 3 meals a day so if some one could give me a good cycle that'd be great i do nof want to gain weight at all.

    In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

    Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

    Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.



    TRAINING
    You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

    Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

    Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development


    DIET
    A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins,carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

    No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

    This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.

    sounds like a joke, you could possible double some of your lifts before you even consider using, 2 workouts a day? were you getting this idea from, look into some new routines and set up a solid diet and go from there

    alright thanks a lot guys this helped a lot is thier any things that won't mess me up like i read anavar doesn't make estrogen and it doesn't hurt your HRT and is pretty safe. Would this be good to take by itself if so is 22.5mg a day good 0.125mg x 180 ibs

    really? i train for football im a DE but i dont get tested by my div 2 school anyway you think i should take 30mg of it or none at all or only what?

    you are way overtraining, that will significantly reduce your lifts and power. You need a better diet and training routine, steroids will not change that

    I say take about 6000mg of test a day. Mix that up with 220mg of dbol, and finish it off with 1cc of your favorite beer and you might be good to go. I know you've heard this before but, it worked for me... it could work for you.

    this is my prediction for you.

    You take the anavar at age 19. You train improperly and your eating knowledge is crap.. You achieve crap results.
    You stop the anavar after a while and you didn't really gain much and you wonder why....

    but now that you stopped.. your growth starts diminishing..cause you screwed up your balls and you now produce less...so a few months down the road you are smaller than when u first started.

    so when do you want to start? I say start right away and get it over with..

    You need to train properly
    You need to eat correctly
    You need more knowledge
    You need more years

    You are not ready.

    You think you're going to play college football with those stats?
    Quit fooling yourself, go to college and focus on your education. You can worry about steroids when you're older and know what you're doing.

    Let me get this straight, your 5'8'' and 180lbs and you play DE for a D2 school? Buddy, things just arent adding up here. I am 6'6'' and 315 lbs and play OT for a D3 school and I am not even teh biggest guy out there on the field. You're a division up from mine, so I'm sure there are guys that are even bigger than me that you will be going against. I'm not trying to flame you here bro, but being that weight and putting that much weight up on those lifts, I'd almost bet everything I had to say that you aren't even smelling the field.

    Listen to these guys, they know what they are talking about. From a football standpoint and a guy lifting for football, you cannot train twice a day. there is no way at all that 1. your strength will improve, and B. you will see the field anytime soon, and 3. that your joints and body will endure doing that much. I am 22 and coming into my last year for football and I know how bad my knees and joints hurt each day when I lift.

    Start first by eating right. Trust me, these guys know what they are talking about. Best of luck to ya for the next season. btw, how old are you?

    O wait, just saw you are 19. Well, you are to young to take AAS. Dont mess with that until you're older. I was thinkin of taking a pro hormone but shyed away from it cuz I'm not tryign to have limp dick years down teh road. I see guys on our team who should never see the field but do becuase they work so hard. Its all about you're diet and dedication.

    We have one guy who is 5'7'' and weighed like 200lbs coming in my freshman year. He should have never seen the field, but over the past 3 years has busted his ass and got inot a great routine for him. Now he weighs 240lbs and is our starting middle linebacker. Get on a good diet and routine and the results will take care of themselves.

    What does your strength and conditioning coach say about your workout?

    To the Op you are too young to be taking aas/performance enhancers. You need to make sure you do not overtrain, Eat correctly and have sufficent time to rest and grow

    first like other guys said stop training so much. for football 4x a week upper/lower split once a day is what you need. second at 5'8" 180 you need to get faster and choose a different position. sprints, 8 40's about 1.5 minutes rest between, and conditioning 100yd sprints 10 of them with 45sec rest 3 days a week will help you. and you are too young for aas yet.
