    second cycle (light)

    so im interested in doing a light cycle. this would be my second one. i started my first cycle March 2010 and ended may (3 full months) ..my pct was 4 weeks of nolva 40/30/20/20.
    i feel fully recovered but im not sure if i gave enough time off. i would plan on starting July 12 th.
    it would consist of 50 mgs winny tabs ed and 250 test per week. i want to stay low on the test as i plan on this being a cutting cycle.
    i added the test to help keep libido high as i heard the winny will kill libido.
    any help and input would be greatly appreciated.

    my previous cycle was 500mgs test e per week and 60mgs winny tabs last 5 weeks.

    You should really give yourself 2 - 3 more months to recover from your last cycle, prior to cycling again.

    You can keep the test @ 100 - 200mg/wk if you want to use it just for it's mood/general-well being benefits... don't expect muscle gains though.

    I don't want to sound harsh, but at 175.. wouldn't you want to be bulking? or are you just going for the really lean look..?

    I went from164 to 185 while on my first cycle. ..I wasn't so crazy about being to heavy so fast so I cut down to 175/176. Ill also bet my bf if prob cloer to 9% which makess me look even bigger. I agree with you on bulking up but ill save that for next winter.
    Im just eager to get even more cut up before summers end.
    If I wait 3 months before next cycle, summer will be over....is there a light cycle you can recommend without doing damage?

    Bro, you got to understand that recovering your HPTA is far more important then looking good for beach season.

    If you want to get lean and dry then you can look into thermogenics to use during the summer. Be warned though, it's already hot enough outside, these things will make your skin boil.

    You could try using clen for 2 week cycles... you could even use T3; however, it is catabolic and you can lose some muscle using T3 without steroids.

    Diet and cardio would be your best bet as usual though.

    I know your 1000% right! I was just looking for a different reply, lol...
    I hate cardio but that will just have to do..I'm think ill buy some CLA and wait for full recovery.

    Go get bloodwork done to be sure your levels are back to normal.
