Should I bother running Nolva?
I'm running a recomp cycle
Weeks 1-10: 500mg Sustanon 250
Weeks 1-10: 250mg Test E
(Had it left over so I mixed them)
I've run 3 cycles previously, never had a sign of Gyno however since I'm doing a recomp I'm trying to minimize bloat as much as I can. Would it be worth running 5 or 10mg of Nolva ED simply for that reason? Only other option is Letrozole (I was thinking 0.6mg 2-3 times a week). I'm in Australia and I can't afford to pay for Arimidex etc so these are my only options. Cheers
(PCT will be Nolva @ 40/40/20/20/10)

PCT is weak.
Wouldn't run letro due to the fact it wipes out estrogen hard. Estrogen is needed in the body.......

2.5mg ED will reduce estrogen by 98%+ therefore 0.6mg twice a week won't damage estrogen levels too much (not in comparison to the 2.5mg ED dose) ..but this is why I'm asking if I should be running Nolva @ 5 or 10mg to reduce bloat. I'd run Clomid but I'm not putting myself through another 4-5 weeks of feeling like shit so Nolva will have to do. Anyone else want to answer my actual question in regards to minimizing bloat? Thanks.

If you never had gyno cycling then chances are you don't need the nolva while on...personally I think your pct is fine...

The bloating can be controlled by your diet pretty much, personally arimidex does the trick for me as far as bloating..Cut down or eliminate sodium, drink lots of water...and cardio.
