And you’re right, diet and training are important, but so is cardio. Clen and other CNS stims help you to burn additional calories, but to utilize them in fat-burning you have to both create a caloric deficit and routinely ignite your metabolism to coax the fat cells to release their energy, i.e. stored fat. Thus, cardio becomes instrumental to any weight/fat loss goal, as it both reduces calories and incites metabolism.
Be sure not to use the scale as it’s a very poor barometer for men or women who engage in weight training. Instead, gauge and monitor your fat loss with any one of the other preferred methods, e.g. the body fat measurements, tape measure, the mirror, or the fit of your clothing.
