    Clen and cals

    Hey guys, just reading and gathering info. Was wondering while using clen, how many cals should you be comsuming in regards to your TDEE. Do you drop a certain amount below your TDEE or .....?

    It's clear to me that it will not work unless you have a nice clean diet. If you were lifting heavy weights with the right diet, would you still need to do cardio?

    There’s no set number of calories, and even there were it would vary greatly from person to person because of the numerous individual differences.

    And you’re right, diet and training are important, but so is cardio. Clen and other CNS stims help you to burn additional calories, but to utilize them in fat-burning you have to both create a caloric deficit and routinely ignite your metabolism to coax the fat cells to release their energy, i.e. stored fat. Thus, cardio becomes instrumental to any weight/fat loss goal, as it both reduces calories and incites metabolism.

    Be sure not to use the scale as it’s a very poor barometer for men or women who engage in weight training. Instead, gauge and monitor your fat loss with any one of the other preferred methods, e.g. the body fat measurements, tape measure, the mirror, or the fit of your clothing.

    Thanks for the reply,

    Tho with a cutting diet i thought the rule of thumb was to work out your TDE and subtract 20-30%. I thought this would apply with Clen also as its just a theromogenic? Or is using clen and a diet all trial and error as it can effect people in different ways. I guess what im trying to say is, that there would be no point using clen while on a bulking and diet right? As you would be consuming way more Cals than what you would be burning off.

    I would say your better off using your clen after the bulking diet.
