I tried reseaching this myself with out asking, but I think I might get better answers from you guys
Im 6'0, 160lbs, 28 yrs old.. Ive worked out on and off since high school, never with any results....but its time to get serious now, tired of being small
I am thinking of doing a cylcle to get me a jump start in gaining some mass and definition (im not as intrested in gaining strength), in addition to changing my diet to a high protein\high calorie diet. A friend recomended me to stack winstrol (pills) and test 250 (inj) for a 10 week cycle
is this a good "stack" for what I am wanting to achieve?
what would be the best dosages for me?
