    how to calculate your BMR help

    hey guys just interested to know how to workout my BMR i have looked on the net and found several calculators but they all read different and i need to know what it is b4 i o on a cutting or bulking diet any tips im 184cm and 98 kg 25 year old male

    cheers dude once i find out what my cal are how much would i increase or decrease for bulking and cutting cycle??? any ideas

    that one is best left to the guru's in the diet section. Personally I have never done a cutting cycle. I went from 20%+ body fat to around 10% just by eating cleaner and not being in a rush. It's been 2.5 years. It's a life style choice, not a fad.

    When I do cut I want to get down around 6% but that is not until next summer.
