    Question How to best space out hCG during cycle (2X "a week")

    I'm looking to follow a recommendation of 250IU hCG twice a week during cycle. However, how do I best space this out? Do I need specific weekdays and time of day (every 3.5 days) OR is it applicable to do 250IU's every 4 days on the same time of day (say 7am)?

    I think most guys are going with 500iu every 4 days if I'm correct. Thats the way I do it anyway.

    just space it out 3 days apart.

    ie monday and thurs.

    the half life is 4-5days so times of the day shouldnt matter.
