Des ephedrine make anyone else fell THIS jacked???
Hey, never took ephedrine before, and yesterday I took 2 caps of "ephedrine plus" (ephedrine and caffeine) about an hour before my workout, and DAMN, I literally COULDN'T SIT STILL! My heart rate was racing, I was pacing back and forth between sets (which I only took 30 secs- 1 min between because I HAD TO GET BACK AT IT). It was absolutely ridiculous. I've always been someone who doesn't like to sit on my ass for 3-4 mins between sets, but NEVER anything like this. Also, I couldn't stop talking like a motormouth. I've taken clen before, but there's definitely a difference. I didn't want to stop working out! I just couldn't. I had to force myself to leave the gym. Anyone else get all these symptoms?
Oh, I also pushed some PR poundages too, which was awesome.

I love ephedrine/caffeine stack. Makes for great workouts.

ephedrine is great stuff! I take it about once a week before a big work out...usually leg day Il take 30-40mg with 250mg caffeine and it gives me a great boost to get through squats and dead lifts!

yeah its normal, especially if you've never taken it before. I love it, but the past few years I can't take it as much due to job stress.. It doesn't sit well with me if I've got stressful activity at work.. the two just don't mix for me..
As far as workout contributions though, I feel it is one of the best things out there.. don't forget to eat!

this may be a really dumb question... but can you still get it legally in the US ?
I used to love the stuff back in the days of ripped fuel, hydroxycut and xenadrine.
I'm assuming you have to buy it overseas since it's been banned, no?

here is my thought on this...
Yes it is ****en great and when i take it my productivity level shoots up literally in everything gym and chores. Its like if i am to lazy to clean my place do the dishes when i take them i do it all without hesitation. Just be careful man especially if you have an addictive personality. Like it even helped me get my papers done with school.
but in the gym there is nothing better for me. i have never once when take ECA after my workout walked out of the gym without doing cardio it just gives you that push and extra energy.

i do not think it sucks you dont have to work as hard just monitor yoru beats per minute. and stay in whatever zone your trying to be in. I think its easier on it. I actually have to slow down becuase i dont even realize it but my hear rate will go bast my target heart rate.

WHOA, sounds like meth or something! Havent tried this stuff but jesus christ.
Sorry to hijack this thread, just wanted to ask a question for a definitive answer. Do you guys drink coffee before workout? I have several times over the yrs of training but it didnt do much for me other than sort of suppress my appetite for post workout meal.

i am a cup of coffee i believe there is 200-250mg of caffiene in each cup. That is a perfect dose to take before you go to the gym if you dont want to get to buts with the stims. it is actually shown to help during workout.

Man, I know. I can't even describe how much energy I had. As I said, I literally couldn't stop moving. I checked how much was in each cap:
Contains: Ephedrine 30mg, Sida Cordifolia-125mg,
Caffeine-100mg, white willow bark extract-75mg
Naringin-25mg
So do you guys with experience with this stuff think I should stick with taking 2 pre-workout as I did, or should I try 1 next time???
And there's probably no point in taking this on my off days really right??

you should take 1 before workout. if your only using it for the energy then ya dont take it on your off days. but if your using it for fat loss then ya i would take it ed two times ed spaced out 4 hours apart never after 4pm imo.

Meh ECA doesn't do much for me any more. I've tried a few from different sources and I can barely tell if anything is happening. I think I have become tolerant to it or something.

Yay. Did do that some years back but only for workout and had actually cut down the amounts to 25mg e and maximum 100mg of cofeine and noticed that you would actually get sure synergic effect with those two but with more cofeine added noticed also that after few hours feeling was very down with all energy drained, tho that didn't happen when kept the amounts on which i mentioned above and the stack taken preferably not even two days in row and actually if you were about doing EC for workout i didn't even drink coffee before that in that day since downs from coffee weren't to be overrided with E for me so they had to be taken together to clean system for best effects. Also getting too hyperactive and able or thinking that you're able to do something not very "injurypreventingwise" is not good in the long run. Well if you take it moderately, remember to keep up with your water, mineral and food intake that will sure boost your results without getting in state where working out without, or in some cases doing any activity at all becomes hard.

Ephedrine is a heart beater over time, and is a victim of diminishing results. But taken in small amounts, once every 5-10 days you can get a major workout off of it. I would only use it in the morning, because I like to get my 8hrs of sleep at night, and no using it to go out and party or with alcohol your asking for trouble and building a useless tolerance when you could be using it for a big Legs/Chest/Back day.

I've been taking EC while cycling, caffeine tabs and bronkaid. 1 of each first thing in the morning, 2 of each before workout, 1 of each later in the afternoon.
It is the best pre-workout boost you can get imo, no cheezy powder supps will give you the boost and help you burn fat like this stuff.
I also have been eating about 4,000-4,5000 cals a day while on my cycle and I haven't gone above 8% bodyfat! Yet my weight increases by a lb or more each week, pure muscle baby :-)
I say if you ever wanted to put on pure muscle and stay ripped, run EC with your cycle. Unless your running a nice tren cycle, then you'll probably be alright without it lol. But I'm running just prop, but results have been amazing.
